C-Series Wax Guards

The hearing aids I had before were a popular brand name. However, they were basic so they didn't have all the features that Embrace Hearing has. The cost was a little high in comparison to others, but I got the quality and the features that I wanted. Embrace Hearing offered the latest technology and has Bluetooth. I could increase or decrease my volume with my iPhone. I also like that it does streaming. A lot of times, I could take my calls without having Bluetooth in my ear, so it eliminated that for me because I was having trouble adapting to those.

I have a good friend that has various hearing aids. My wife also tried Embrace Hearing and they work very well. I got the one that works through the phone, and although I have minimal high range sound loss, getting Embrace seemed like a good arrangement for me. It turned out to be very positive. The reps were very courteous and caring, offered a lot of good explanation, answered my questions and offered me many opportunities to offer new questions. The Embrace hearing aids made hearing better, at least in certain situations, like in crowds and with people that have a tendency to have a higher voice frequency. It’s a lot of women mostly.

We supplied them with the audiology report. They looked at that and asked us questions about what things were most important for my husband to be able to hear or situations that he would be in. They also followed up several times to make sure that the sizes of the ear domes are correct. Made him check and use different ones to be certain before sending out multiple ones to go with the hearing aids. Because initially, they just came with a selection. Then they sent a year's worth after we selected which one was best for him.

I've been doing business with Embrace for about 10 years and I found them to be extremely reputable and always wanting to make things right. In two instances, they intervened with the manufacturer on my behalf and ended up providing me with new hearing aids when the manufacturer couldn't respond as quickly as they thought they should. The Embrace team is excellent and I appreciate the fact that they employ an audiologist, which some companies do not. For the quality of the product and the features, it's well-priced. The quality matches the cost. People who have some understanding of technology and are comfortable with using the internet should definitely go with Embrace and I have recommended them.

The customer service representatives are extremely good. I priced hearing aids in several different places and there wasn't any question that the prices that they offered were far less than most anywhere else that I had inquired. I live in Savannah, Georgia and there are two big hearing aid places here that I went to. They were talking about the same kind of hearing aids that I received. They were talking about 3,000 for each hearing aid, so you talk about $6,000 for a pair of hearing aids, where I was able to get the ones from Embrace for a little under 3,000.

I had my first pair of hearing aids for seven years and they finally pooped out. I’ve had this new pair from Embrace Hearing for maybe three months. I got the top-of-the-line product even though they’re not rechargeable. I talked to a gal who referred to herself as Doctor and she was very helpful in helping me program my smartphone to control my hearing aids. Every time I talked to her, she said she was gonna send me a free package of the cones or a new package of wax guards and I felt good about it. I enjoy being able to hear better and in higher frequencies through my hearing aids. So, it's been good.

As a first time wearer of hearing aids, I was very reluctant to purchase something so important and expensive on-line. However, Embrace has been excellent in every way. They carefully and thoroughly explained the process and the product to the point where I felt I could take the chance. My local hearing specialist only had a pair for $5,000 and I was able to purchase my aids for almost half of that cost. Their customer service is excellent and have been very responsive to any issues or questions. I would recommend them without hesitation.
