All of our products come with a 45-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% percent satisfied with our product, send them back to us for a 100% refund to your credit card.
Adjustments & Reprogramming
Our hearing aids come expertly programmed by Embrace specialists with an average of 15 years of hearing aid programming experience. We invest heavily in the quality of our specialists in order to deliver the highest quality product possible. However, hearing aids are very customized, and occasionally users will want to make adjustments to the amplification levels and settings the come programmed on their hearing aids. There are two ways to achieve this:
Adjustments through EmbraceSend the hearing aids and remote back into us and we will have you speak directly with our specialists to tweak the settings and amplifications on the hearing aids. We offer adjustments free of charge during the 45-day free trial period.
Adjustments through Local DispensersEmbrace is one of the few online hearing aid retailers partnered with a major hearing aid manufacturer. One of the many advantages of this partnership is that almost all audiologists and local dispensers have the hardware and software to make adjustments on Embrace Hearing aids. Embrace has a database of dispensaries across the United States that we can work with. Contact us, and we will help you find a local dispenser who can provide this servicing. Many of our customers choose this option because they enjoy their new Embrace Hearing aids so much that they have a hard time being without them if they were to send them in to us.
All Embrace Hearing aids come with a three (3) year manufacturer's warranty that covers all manufacturing defects. If your hearing aid or remote stops functioning properly and you believe you have a warranty case, please contact us to facilitate replacement. All warranties will be processed by Embrace Hearing
Also, if you lose or damage your hearing aids within the first year, contact us for a discount on your next pair.
If you are returning your hearing aids during the 45-day trial period because they are not working correctly, please make the following checks:
- Inspect and clean the holes in the domes. Ear wax can plug these holes, preventing sound from coming out of the hearing aid.
- Insert new batteries
- Contact us for more debugging support and warranty replacement
If you decide to return the hearing aids, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for full instructions. Remember, hearing aids may take a reprogramming in order to find a suitable amplification setting. If there is anything that you do not like about the sound quality, contact us for instructions for free adjustments during the trial period.
